We tailor resilience programmes for teams of all sizes, facing a range of challenges. Using the Resilience Spiral model as a base and navigating through the different dimensions, participants discover how to build Resilience and achieve sustainable performance.
1/2 DAY WORKSHOP
The workshop aims at enthusing the audience about the Resilience approach: integral, research-based and practical in order to perform in a sustainable way and create a working environment where people can thrive.
While not covering in depth each topic, it opens “doors of attention” as each dimension (body, heart, mind and spirit) is addressed.
Participants are invited to integrate one new Resilient habit in their daily routine.
1 DAY WORKSHOP
While creating a common language to address Resilience topics, the focus of the course is on sharing practical tools to develop individual and collective resilience. Well equipped to face challenges, participants will also learn how resilience can radiate on their teams and enhance performance. Practical Resilience focuses on current best practices and immediately actionable problem solving frameworks to optimise individual and team performance.
The main topics adressed are:
- Stress Mastery (be calm, alert and engaged)
- Physical Vitality (build energy, strength and endurance)
- Performance Mindset (align mind and emotions to achieve performance)
- Resilience in Action (develop an action plan)
Our high-impact, interactive 2-day program provides a deeper dive into the topics, as well as exploring additional areas within mind, emotion and spirit (purpose).
The Resilient Leadership workshop covers the main aspects of Leadership and Influence – with an appropriate mix of practical exercises (reflections, games, role-plays etc.) and theory. The focus is on mastering the inter-personal dimension, giving participants tools to become inspiring leaders and better support their respective teams through changes.
A particular focus on the higher levels of the resilience Model with topics selected among those : self-awareness, realistic optimism, influence, fierce conversations, leadership style flexibility, self-confidence and presence, values and purpose.
