This week, I take everyday the opportunity to give back, expanding my heart, fully embracing my individual societal responsibility.
We are social at heart. We flourish and thrive in our life supported by our community. We can give time, our expertise, love or simply a smile. By giving back we contribute to support others and build sustainability.
Who will you give back to today?
This week, I take everyday some time to smell a flower, develop my olfactory senses and connect with nature.
Smell is the strongest of the senses and is best able to influence brain activity. Smell has a great power on us, our intuition and creativity. It can evoke memories, feelings of fear or comfort, ignite gut insights and even transport us.
Which flower will you smell today?
This week, I seize everyday the opportunity to check-in with others and offer a real support.
Contrary to ups, downs affect our ability to operate. Reaching out to people to see how they’re doing creates space for faster bounce. By a simple question or gesture, we can help dismantle sadness, fear or loneliness and ignite a sense of community.
Whom are you going to check-in today?
This week, I take the opportunity everyday to go to bed earlier and enjoy a longer and healthier life.
We lost nearly an hour of sleep per day in the last fifty years. Sleep is a critical resilience factor. Research shows that deficiency in the latter has an adverse effect on our energy, mind and relationships quality. One of the best ways to make up for this deficit is simply to go to bed a little earlier.
At what time will you go to bed tonight?
